So, on Saturday, we have our first post-placement visit.
Hmm.
What kinds of questions should I be preparing for? What will she want to know or see?

A single-momma's Ethiopian adoption blog... that became a married couple's pregnancy blog... that became a mostly-stay-at-home RN-Momma's orphan care blog. Who knows what's next?

No worries! ... ours were very low-key. Just wanting to see how you're all doing together. :) How's the hair dilemma coming along? I have found EVERY child's hair is SO different. I still don't feel I have Arsema's totally figured out. Sure has grown though. My "hair time" is definitely multiplying in this house!, which is just fine. :)
She'll just want to see you guys as you are: thriving, bonding, loving each other. Don't sweat it. It'll go great! M
Mine have been really low-key too. The SW mostly just wants to see your kiddo in action and the questions are really basic. You will sail through it.
We just had our first post placement last Saturday. we happen to have the same social worker. She is so incredibly relaxed and awesome. No worries. But, if you feel like you need to ask me questions for specifics...e-mail or call. I'll be glad to help! In faith, by grace -Kim Seitzinger ksseitz@excite.com 6104898055
